ATS Check AI (accessible at www.atscheckai.com) is an AI-powered resume analysis tool. The data controller is the operator of the ATS Check AI service.

2. Data we collect

Account data

Email address and password (hashed) when you register.

Payment data

Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store any credit card data.

Analysis content

The text extracted from your PDFs and job description text are used to generate the report. This data is not permanently stored — only the analysis result (score, keywords, recommendations) is kept in your history if you are logged in.

Usage data

Anonymized technical logs (errors, performance) via Vercel services.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising purposes.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Analysis history is retained until you manually delete it or request account deletion. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
